A Hash down in Patley Bridge

After a day of niff naff and trivia including a recce of a local cattery for Toodos and Lola’s coming holiday I ended up in Patley Bridge for a Hash with Harrogate H3. I had a chat with some locals before the run about KTKC and a photo shoot with the hi-vis kilt but on their cameras. After the run I put the multicam on for the after run down downs. I’ll publish quite a few photos so you can see the full glory of my handi work.

... and seconds later its gone.

Diets going well(ish). I’ve managed to drop about 1/2 a stone – I’m not hungry but I would love a pizza, curry, BigMac…

I spoke to the health nurse at my doctors today. I was slightly suspicious of the Tesco cholesterol reading of 4.29. I’d had a proper blood test in March but was never given the result other than ‘no problem. In fact it was 4.8 so the 4.29 is not as unlikely as it sounded. Now but I would really love a pizza, curry, BigMac…

Lastly I would like to pay my respects to PC Fiona Bone and PC Nicola Hughes murdered in a cowardly and despicable act whilst they went about their duty keeping the streets safe for the rest of us.

I am struck by the similarity between these 2 officers lured into an ambush whilst they sought to help and the murders of Private Thomas Wroe and Sergeant Gareth Thursby who went to help an Afghan soldier who murdered them in a cowardly and despicable act of treachery.
